Fully Automatic 300ml-400ml Rigid Tube Cartridge Filling Machine
Maxwell horizontal full automatic rigid tube filling machine is a professional integrated packaging equipment independently developed for high-viscosity paste materials such as silicone sealant, MS polymer glue, water-based adhesive and industrial lubricating grease. The mainstream model ZJW300-1 adopts a horizontal overall stainless steel layout, integrating automatic tube feeding, cap sorting, servo quantitative filling, wire cutting, plunger pressing and coding functions in one unit.
Different from semi-automatic filling lines that need to be matched with a separate hydraulic extruder and manually place empty tubes, this fully automatic machine realizes continuous unattended production. It effectively cuts labor costs, stabilizes filling accuracy within ±0.5%, and supports mass continuous production for adhesive factories, grease manufacturers and chemical plants. The machine reserves installation space for inkjet coding equipment, and supports horizontal and vertical structural customization according to the fluidity of raw materials.
Working Principle
Automatic tube feeding: Empty rigid tubes are stored in the large storage tank, and the cartridge loader automatically arranges and conveys empty tubes to the filling station one by one.
Automatic cap feeding: The vertical cap elevator sorts plastic plungers and sends them to the pressing station synchronously.
Servo quantitative filling: The servo metering system extracts paste from the feeding port, and accurately fills a fixed volume of material into the rigid tube with a precision of ±0.5%.
Filament cutting: The cutting mechanism cuts the excess adhesive wire at the tube mouth to keep the tube surface clean.
Plunger pressing: The pneumatic cylinder pushes the plastic plunger tightly into the tube mouth to form an airtight seal and prevent material leakage.
Discharging & coding: Finished glue tubes slide out from the product outlet, and the optional inkjet printer completes batch coding on the tube surface.
