Product Introduction
This equipment supports both single-component and two-component formulas, with horizontal and vertical frame layouts available for different flow characteristics of raw materials. All models use PLC touchscreen control for straightforward parameter tuning, with a consistent measurement accuracy of ±0.5% to cut material waste and ensure uniform product quality. Operators only need to load empty tubes manually; the machine handles quantitative filling, automatic plunger pressing (capping), and optional batch coding in one streamlined cycle. Custom molds fit 300mL adhesive cartridges and 400mL grease rigid tubes across our BJ series model lineup (BJ-1 through BJ-6).
Working Principle
Manual Tube Loading: Staff places empty rigid cartridges securely into the machine’s positioning fixture; the system detects tube presence before unlocking operation.
Precision Quantitative Filling: Servo-driven metering cylinders dispense pre-set volumes of paste material into the tube from bottom-up filling to eliminate trapped air bubbles inside the cartridge. Volume values are edited directly on the color touchscreen interface.
Automatic Capping/Plunger Pressing: A vibrating bowl feeder automatically sorts and feeds plastic plunger stoppers, then the pneumatic press assembly seats and compresses the plunger tightly into the tube opening to seal contents airtight.
Optional Coding Step (1-station upgraded model): Integrated inkjet printer prints batch numbers, production dates or part codes onto finished filled tubes post-capping.
Discharge & Cycle Reset: Completed filled rigid tubes slide out from the workstation, and the machine resets automatically ready for the next tube loading cycle.
