The cover of the pot is of automatic lifting type with hydraulic lifting system. The materials in the water and oil pots can directly enter the emulsifying pot under vacuum through the conveying pipeline. The discharging mode includes the emulsifying pot turning type and the bottom valve discharging type. The heating of the materials is realized through the electric heating pipe heating the heat-conducting medium in the pot mezzanine, and the heating temperature can be arbitrarily set and automatically controlled.
The material can be cooled by accessing the coolant in the jacket, which is easy and convenient to operate, and there is a heat preservation layer outside the jacket. Homogenizing system and mixing system can be used separately or at the same time. Particulation, emulsification, mixing, blending and dispersing of materials can be completed in a short time. Put the materials into premix tank oil phase tank and water phase tank, after heated & mixed in water tank and oil tank, it can draw the materials into emulsifying tank by vacuum pump. Adopting the middle stirrer & Teflon scrapers residues in emulsifying tank that sweep the residues on the wall of the tank to makes the materials wiped off become the new interface constantly.
Then the materials will cut off, compressed and fold by the blades to stir, mix and run to the homogenizer. By the strong cutting off, impact and turbulent current from the high-speed shear wheel and fixed cutting case, the materials are cut off in interstices of stator and rotor and turn to particles of 6nm-2um promptly. Because the emulsifying tank is working under the vacuum state, the bubbles that produces in the process of mixing is taken away in time.
