The Working Principle:
The complete system comprises three integrated vessels: the main emulsifying pot, the oil phase pot, and the water phase pot . Materials are placed into the premix oil phase and water phase tanks. After being heated and mixed separately, they are drawn into the emulsifying pot by a vacuum pump . The middle stirrer and Teflon scrapers sweep residues on the tank wall, making the materials wipe off and become a new interface constantly. The materials are then cut, compressed, and folded by blades to stir, mix, and run to the homogenizer . Through the strong cutting, impact, and turbulent current from the high-speed shear wheel and fixed cutting case, materials are cut in the interstices of the stator and rotor and turn into particles of 6nm-2um promptly . Because the tank works under vacuum, bubbles produced during vacuum mixing are taken away in time .
