The VEM-10 10L laboratory vacuum emulsifying mixer is designed for laboratory research and pilot production. Integrating vacuum defoaming, low-speed wall-scraping stirring, high-speed dispersion and high-shear emulsification into one unit, this equipment can accurately simulate industrial production processes and is suitable for the research and lab-scale trials of medium and low-viscosity creams, lotions and biological products.
• Vacuum Defoaming Environment: Start the vacuum system to reach a vacuum degree of -0.098 MPa inside the tank, effectively removing air bubbles generated during material mixing and ensuring fine, pore-free finished products.
• Wall-Scraping Anchor Agitation: A low-speed anchor agitator with adjustable speed ranging from 0 to 120 RPM is equipped with PTFE scrapers to continuously scrape materials off the tank wall, eliminating heat transfer dead zones and preventing material adhesion to the wall.
• High-Shear Dispersion and Emulsification: Both dispersion and emulsification support stepless speed regulation from 0 to 12,000 RPM. The powerful shear force rapidly refines material particles to the micron level and delivers stable, homogeneous emulsification results.

• High-efficiency multi-functional integration: A single unit realizes low-speed stirring (0–120 RPM), high-speed dispersion (0–12,000 RPM) and high-shear emulsification (0–12,000 RPM) simultaneously.
• High-quality contact materials: All wetted and material-contact components are made of premium SUS304 / SUS316L stainless steel, complying with cleanroom and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Precise vacuum control: Stably maintains a vacuum level of -0.098 MPa to improve material gloss and stability.
• Safe lifting and interlock system: Equipped with electric/pneumatic lifting mechanism and safety interlock protection to ensure operational safety for lab operators.
• Industrial-grade simulation: Working volume of 10L (total design volume of 12L), enabling seamless linear scale-up to large industrial production lines.
The VEM-10 laboratory vacuum emulsifier is designed for processing formulas with low to medium viscosity. The equipment operates on a 220V single-phase power supply and features a compact structure, making it suitable for layout in laboratory environments.
