A Multi-Functional Vacuum Strong Power Dispersing Mixer is an advanced industrial mixing system designed for processing high-viscosity materials such as sealants, adhesives, battery pastes, and cosmetic creams. Unlike standard single-shaft mixers, this equipment features 3-4 different stirrers operating simultaneously within a single tank.
The working principle involves one low-speed stirrer rotating on the container axis while 2-3 high-speed stirrers rotate at different speeds about their own axes. This unique configuration creates strong shear and kneading forces, completing the mixing process in one complex movement. The low-speed system, typically operating at a fixed speed such as 33 rpm, provides bulk material turnover and prevents dead zones. Meanwhile, the high-speed dispersion system, with variable speed control (e.g., 0-1450 rpm), generates intense shear forces that break down agglomerates and disperse solid particles uniformly.
The vacuum system operates throughout the entire process, removing trapped air and volatile components. This is critical for applications where air entrapment would compromise product quality, such as battery pastes (where air bubbles reduce conductivity), sealants (where bubbles weaken bonding performance), and cosmetic creams (where bubbles affect texture and appearance). The hydraulic lifting system allows the mixing head and cover to be raised for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Common models in this category include the QF-300 with 300L working capacity, 11 KW low-speed stirring power, and 15 KW high-speed dispersion power, making it suitable for medium-to-large scale production runs.
